Command-line parameters for IE8

Here's the list of IE8's command-line parameters. Some of them can only be used when running/controlling IE from a program.

Okay, I tried to create a shortcut on my desktop to insert a command line parameter and the shortcut wouldn't permit it. I'm using Win XP SP3 and believe I'm to the latest update from MS. I also have Goggle Chrome and Firefox installed. No issues with those apps. Can install command line parameters to them with no problems. Okay MS, what's up with that?
